Is Arcarnus Lifestyle membership only for celebrities or the super-rich? Who is the typical Arcarnus members?


No, not at all. Our service is for discerning individuals who are typically very busy, somewhat ?time-poor? and who appreciate the finer things in life: people with a sophisticated and demanding lifestyle.

Our clientele ranges from middle-to-upper management in corporations, from entrepreneurs to celebrities and sportsmen, and from PAs to executives.

What value does the service offer?

Our VIP service gives you unlimited time with your client manager and our support teams for a whole year, for a flat fee of only ?3000; typically a lot less than a PA would cost you directly (or indirectly through the time she takes to sort out non-work issues).

As an Arcarnus Lifestyle member you can save that cost by delegating all your lifestyle requests to a team of specialists who will deal with them faster, better and more efficiently, leaving you and your PA to focus on your work.

Further, our relationships with carefully vetted partners enables you to make a saving on most requests due to our preferential rates. In a typical year, this saving would exceed the cost of the membership fee.

How much does it cost to join?

There are two membership levels:

  • VIP membership costs ?3000 per annum and entitles you to unlimited requests and unrestricted time from your client manager.

  • Basic membership costs ?1500, plus hourly charges per each request that exceeds an hour of your client manager's time.

VIP membership is for people who require daily tasks to be attended to, and offers a substantial saving on running charges in comparison with Basic membership.

The Basic membership is ideal for international members based outside of London, and for those who are mostly interested in accessing our network rather than delegating daily errands and chores.

Are there any other charges or mark-up fees?

No. Our fee structure is clear and transparent: membership pays for our time as detailed above, with no additional charges.

Thereafter you pay only for services we organise for you (e.g. travel arrangements or car purchase) typically with a price reduction due to preferential rates we receive from partners and suppliers.

The only additional charge is for out-of-office time when a member specifically requests this. This is charged at ?35 per hour.

Why is membership limited?

Each member has his or her own dedicated client manager acting as liaison and sole point of contact. We work with a strict member-to-client manager ratio to preserve the personal level of service that distinguishes us; hence we grow membership at a controlled rate.
